  • Your property will be professionally and diligently cleaned to the Health Department's COVID 19 standards. Guests love choosi ng to stay with aprofessional property management company in these times for peace of mind with our commercially cleaned laundry services, self check in and out and no staff interaction at this stage where possible.
  • We conduct regular inspections of your property and our tradespeople will keep your investment property in tip top condition for any maintenance/repair requirements.
  • We require longer term guests to have a professional house clean every 14 days, ensuring your property is kept to a very high standard as well as a mid stay inspection for your peace of mind.
