This 3 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom fully self-contained Villa for 5 people is away from the hustle on a quiet street, yet uber close to everything in the trendy Victoria Park.

Just 200m from the beautiful McCallum Park on the Swan River foreshore. The large open spaces and the stunning backdrop of the Swan River and Perth City skyline makes this home to many community events throughout the year. Facilities include barbecues, picnic tables, walk and cycle paths, playgrounds, exercise equipment, multipurpose courts and skate park.

Conveniently located on the city fringe of the CBD, it is close to the Crown Casino and the Causeway City Bus Link. Just a 10 minute stroll to the vibrant Vic Park strip where you will find an abundance of cafes, restaurants, bars and shopping facilities including the Dutch Trading Co pub and Brando’s Italian Restaurant. In the other direction there are take-away outlets on Canning Highway.

Also just a 5 minute walk to the popular Hampton & Maley café (try their famous Sunday shared lunch), where pets are welcome- which is great news as so is this Villa!


The Master bedroom has a Queen bed, tallboy drawers, 2 bedside tables with lamps, sheer and cover curtains. has reverse cycle air-conditioning (heating/cooling).

The Second bedroom has a Double bed, a bedside table with a lamp and lovely outlook onto greenery.

The Third bedroom has a Single bed, a bedside table and lamp. Quality bed linen, bath and beach towels all provided.

The kitchen has a pantry, double sink, appliances, fridge, 4 burner electric cooktop, oven and microwave. Complementary tea, coffee and long-life milk provided.

The main living area has with 2 comfortable lounges with cushions, LCD Digital TV with DVD Player, TV cabinet, a coffee table and floor lamp. The dining area has a round table with 4 chairs. Office desk with chair provided.

The semi-ensuite bathroom has a separate bath, shower with adjustable handle, toilet and large vanity with cupboards and drawers. There is also a separate toilet. Complimentary starter pack of Outback Essence guest amenities supplied. Fragrances selected from various parts of Australia, providing guests a truly Australian experience.

A small outdoor grassed patio area with BBQ, glass table and 6 chairs provides a great area to relax and eat together.

Laundry with top loader washing machine, trough, iron and ironing board.

A car port is included with plenty of street parking also available. Close to the Victoria Park Bus Transfer Station and it is on the free CAT Bus route. Local supermarket is Woolworths Victoria Park.
