This lovely home is fully air conditioned with a split system reverse cycle unit in each room. It has a remote alarm system, security screens throughout and roller shutters on the ground floor games room and master bedroom window for optimal sleep-ins.


Upstairs are 3 bedrooms. The Master bedroom has a King bed, 2 bedside tables with lamps, tallboy drawers, a walk in robe and ensuite bathroom with shower, toilet and single vanity. The Second bedroom has a Queen bed with 2 bedside table and lamps and the Third bedroom has 2 Single beds with a bedside table and lamp. Both of these rooms have a built in robe and lead off a landing that looks over the rear laneway and out to Kate Reserve. The downstairs games room has an optional sofa bed with TV, floor rug and floor lamp. Quality bed linen, bath and beach towels provided.

Downstairs comprises of the Family room, Dining, Kitchen, Laundry with a third toilet and a separate Lounge room.

The kitchen has a filtered water tap, 4-burner stove top, oven, fridge, double sink, kettle and microwave. It has plenty of overhead cupboard space and a built-in electronic control Asko dishwasher. Complementary tea, coffee and long-life milk provided.

The living room has a plush 3 seater, 2 seater and a single couch, Plasma TV, DVD player, coffee table, TV cabinet, hall table, side table, floor rug, cushions and a floor lamp.

Off the kitchen is the dining table, with a sliding door leading onto the lovely outside area. Step outside to a delightful shade-sail covered courtyard with its soothing water feature and lush plants. There is an outdoor BBQ for summer entertaining.

The main bathroom has a shower, separate bath and a single vanity. Complimentary starter pack of Outback Essence guest amenities supplied in each bathroom. Fragrances selected from various parts of Australia, providing guests a truly Australian experience.

Full laundry facilities with washing machine, dryer and trough with a sliding door which leads onto the outside drying area.
